About the role

What will you do?
As a Purchase Coordinator at AeroNed, you will be responsible for the timely and cost-efficient procurement of aviation parts. You ensure that our customers can always rely on dependable deliveries, without compromising on quality and compliance.
You play a crucial role in safeguarding continuity within our supply chain and actively contribute to maintaining optimal stock levels.
Select, assess, and contract (international) suppliers
Negotiate prices, delivery times, and terms & conditions
Manage and expand supplier relationships
Place and follow up on purchase orders
Monitor delivery schedules and respond to deviations
Monitor and optimize inventory levels
Identify cost-saving opportunities and market developments
Ensure quality and compliance (including EASA/FAA certification)
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and accounting departments
What do you bring?
Experience in procurement, preferably within a technical or aviation environment
Strong negotiation skills and commercial insight
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
Good communication skills (Dutch & English)
