Fuel and Spray Nozzles
AeroNed supplies Fuel and Spray Nozzles designed and manufactured by Parker Aerospace. Fuel Injection Nozzles, devices, and systems are designed and manufactured for the aerospace, marine and power generation markets. The products consist of spray characteristics to maximize specific fuel consumption, increase combustion efficiency and reduce emissions.

Available nozzle types are used in various applications related to the aviation industry, ranging from commercial and military to general aviation aircraft engines.

Single-Point Nozzles

AeroNed supplies Single-Point Nozzles designed and manufactured by Parker Aerospace. Single-Point Nozzles, devices, and systems are designed and manufactured for aerospace, marine and power generation markets. The nozzles produce smaller droplets, repeatable droplet dispersion patterns, and more uniform spray patterns, are designed to replace conventional pressure-swirl design or impact-type nozzles, providing improved performance at lower pressures.

Single-point nozzles are designed for longer life, with larger flow passages to reduce plugging and an integral filter for reduced maintenance. Smaller than conventional nozzles make replacement easier in hard-to-reach applications. Maximum operating pressure at ambient temperature: 3000 psi

Spider Nozzles

AeroNed supplies Spider Nozzles designed and manufactured by Parker Aerospace. Multi-injection point Spider Nozzles, devices, and systems are designed and manufactured for aerospace, marine and power generation markets. Spider Nozzles produce an extremely fine spray with smaller droplets than conventional pressure-swirl design or impact-type nozzles. The Spider Nozzles range from two to twelve spray points per assembly and have the possibility to provide a much larger coverage area. Chemically machined geometries provide smooth, efficient flow passages and permit complex or multiple-flow circuits while lower operating pressures reduce erosion and provide for sharper spray startup and shutdown.
Maximum operating pressure at ambient temperature: 3000 psi.
